CORTLAND COUNTY, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) – Congressman Marc Molinaro is honoring the sacrifices made by Vietnam War Veterans in Cortland County as he hosts another pinning ceremony.

Molinaro announced on Wednesday that he will be hosting another pinning ceremony on October 21 to recognize the veteran’s service.

Molinaro previously held ceremonies in Greene, Broome, and Sullivan Counties.

This event is open to all Vietnam War veterans, their families, and anyone who would like to pay respect to our veterans.

In order to be recognized, veterans or their family members must RSVP here or call Molinaro’s Leeds Office at (518) 625-2100 to sign up.

“These pinning ceremonies are a way to express our utmost gratitude and appreciation for our Vietnam War veterans, who sacrificed so much to protect our nation. We thank them and their families for their service and commitment to our country,” said Molinaro.

The event will be held from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m. at Osco Robinson American Legion Hall, located at 1134 US Highway 11 in Marathon.
