It was the fourth diplomatic flight operated by Germany’s military to bring citizens out of Lebanon, according to a post on X from the German Foreign Office.
The German Air Force last week began flying out employees of the German embassy in Beirut and vulnerable German citizens in the country, among others.
Most recently, 219 Germans were flown out on Friday. Unlike evacuation flights, diplomatic pick-up flights are not accompanied by armed German soldiers.

Relief supplies had also been on board on previous return flights.
