Pablo Carre�o and Marcel Granollers will form the second Spanish male couple in doubles of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, according to the provisional list that the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation communicated to the Spanish Olympic Committee (COE) and the International Federation of Tennis (ITF).

It remained to be determined who would accompany Granollers, world number 2 in doubles. The candidates were Carreño or Alejandro Davidovich. The last time Carre�o and Granollers played together was in November 2021 in the Davis Cup against Ecuador because Feliciano L�pez was unwell and gave his place to the Asturian. They beat Gonzalo Escobar and Diego Hidalgo 6-4, 6-7 (5) and 7-6 (2). Previously they had also played in some tournaments such as the 2021 ATP Cup
The composition of the couples for the mixed doubles, which will have 16 days, can be done up to one day before the draw for the Olympic tournament, on July 25.
