El pickleball inaugurates the I National Pickleball Circuit RFET- MAPFRE with the Spanish Open by Cervezas Victoriawhich will be played at the facilities of the Madrid Tennis Federation from this Friday, June 28, until next Sunday, the 30th, with 16,000 euros in prizes. It is the first tournament organized by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation since the integration of the modality into its sports structure and will be scored for the Spanish ranking and for the DUPR world ranking.

More than 250 participants from 15 countries They will take part in the different categories, in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. The tests will range from professional competition (5.0) to initial competition (3.0), in absolute teams (+19) and seniors (+50). They have been installed 47 pickleball lanes, with a central three-court area for the finals. Entry will be free.

The absolute test (5.0) will have the best national specialists, such as Sabrina M�ndez, European Champion; and prominent international figures such as the Brazilian Marcelo Garden, not long ago a great padel star and now champion of the US Open +50 and the APP circuit in the United States; or the Argentine Nerea derbies.

The finals of this category can be followed in live TV through the signal RTVE Play, Marca TV, Tevemos and the RFET YouTube channel. Telesport will broadcast some matches on a delayed basis.

The Spanish Open by Cervezas Victoria will also serve to begin to define the members of the Selecci�n Espa�ola MAPFRE who will go to the first European Pickleball Championship, which will be played in November, under the orders of national coach Martín Su�rez.

This first RFET- MAPFRE National Pickleball Circuit contar� con four tests in 2024. The next appointment will be Spanish Championshipwhose final phase will be framed by Plaza de España in Madrid on September 28 and 29.

The venue for the Spanish Club Team Championship and the fourth national open will be announced pr�ximamente. The circuit is organized by the company B3 Sportainment in collaboration with the RFET.
